The WandererAs I stood alone in the woods, I wondered if I had made a mistake. Many times before I had walked these woods with no destination, but I never traveled more than a mile deep. That day, I was so frustrated that I lost my sense of direction and before I knew it I was deep in the forest with no clue on how to get back. Then again, why would I want to go back? I began to wander further into the woods, admiring the beauty of nature, temporarily forgetting all of my problems. DorianHere we are, right back where we started. He is miserable, angry, and quiet. Just when you think that someone has made a change for the better that is when things go wrong. The man that I am talking about is my younger brother Dorian. He is only a year younger than me, in his freshman year of college. Most people used to think we were twins because of how close we were, but not anymore. It is such a shame that bad stuff has to happen to good people, even when they bring them upon themselves. Character SketchDorian Philips just was always completely unaware of the world around him. The only person who he would talk to was his brother David. The most unfortunate part about the way he is now is that he used to be a much happier person. He liked to play sports, watch TV, talk on the computer, and other activities that a typical 19 year old liked to do. But now, he is far from what you would call typical. About a year or two ago, he was popular and always hung around the, so called, cool kids. He would always be the first one invited to the parties.
